As I spend all my time preparing for my clients so that they can receive the best outcome, I don’t handle anything to do with booking appointments or payments. I leave all that side to my assistant. We try to answer within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take 48 hours.

For you to book your healing session with Catherine, she offers the pay pal online facility or credit card facility. Upon payment, you will then be contacted by my assistant and be given day and time for your appointment.

All overseas appointments are carried out through Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp, Phone.

This supported approach really helps and supports the Root of Trauma, PTSD, Diseases & long term illness, mental disorders, as the physical body co-creates with  Mind beliefs ,this in turn can create disturbances within our physical body well being and health.

Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Mate that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present  out to the world.

Using Compassionate Inquiry ,both the individual & therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states of Trauma the form the real message that your words both express ,hide and conceal.

Through this treatment , you as the patient recognize the unconscious dynamics that run your life and this treatment can liberate you from suffering.

The techniques 0f Compassionate Inquiry will

• Enable patients to access emotional states through body awareness support.
